Founding Partners

Scott Dorey (Australia / Indonesia)

With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across the global oil and gas sector and long-term residency in Yogyakarta, Scott brings extensive operational and leadership expertise to the founding team. He is the founder of Hacienda by Harper & Camille Villa and Harper & Camille Furniture, a successful manufacturing enterprise with global export capabilities and operations across Indonesia, including Lombok. Scott’s deep local relationships across government, legal, architectural, and logistics networks provide the partnership with a strong foundation for effective execution and expansion within the region.

Vince Van Hoeserlande (France / Indonesia)

Based between Lombok and Yogyakarta, Vince brings over a decade of business experience and cultural fluency within Indonesia. As co-owner of Mad Chicken Restaurant in Lombok, he has developed strong operational knowledge of the local hospitality sector. Fluent in French and Italian, Vince plays a pivotal role in bridging international investors with opportunities in Indonesia, offering valuable access to European markets. His long-standing relationships with local authorities and service providers further strengthen the partnership’s regional capabilities.

James Meadowcroft

A former Royal Australian Air Force Avionics Technician and senior offshore Submersible Engineer, James brings over 20 years of leadership experience in subsea operations and ROV management. His background in precision engineering and complex project environments underpins a disciplined approach to risk management and technical assessment. James’ expertise adds depth to the founding team’s capability in evaluating and overseeing land and infrastructure developments.

Koldo Salas (Spain / Indonesia)

A long-term resident of Indonesia, Koldo brings extensive linguistic and cross-cultural expertise to the founding team, being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Javanese, Italian, Moroccan Arabic, and Portuguese. He plays a key role in bridging international and local communication, supporting government relations, land brokerage, and market engagement. Koldo is the owner and operator of Amalura Villa in Yogyakarta and co-owner of Mad Chicken Restaurant in Lombok, where he primarily resides. His deep integration within both the local and expatriate communities provides the partnership with exceptional on-the-ground insight and connectivity.

Tim Joynt (Australia / Asia)

A seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across Asia, Tim has held key regional roles as Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources for major multinational fitness and wellness brands backed by leading private equity firms, including Cinven, BC Partners, Oaktree Capital, and Navis Capital. His expertise spans operations, people and culture, learning and development, communications, business systems, and digital transformation. With a career foundation in banking and in hospitality with roles at Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, Thailand and the design and pre-opening of Yoho Beach Resort, Taiwan, Tim leads the design of the company’s strategic frameworks, systems, and operating blueprints that form the backbone of its intellectual property and scalability.
